Job Title: IT Manager

Job Overview:

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a IT Manager to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This remote contract opportunity offers the chance to lead enterprise technology support functions while driving system enhancements and operational improvements across a multi location environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business leaders, guide technical teams, and help ensure reliable technology services that support organizational goals. This position is well suited for a hands on technology leader who enjoys balancing day to day operations with strategic project execution.

Compensation:

$65/hr

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities of the IT Manager:

• Oversee technology support operations and ensure consistent service delivery for employees across multiple business locations.
• Lead the planning and execution of technology projects, including software platform implementations, system upgrades, and operational improvement efforts.
• Manage relationships with external service providers while maintaining oversight of technology assets, licensing, mobile device programs, and service performance expectations.
• Develop documentation, reporting metrics, and best practices that improve support processes, team effectiveness, and user experience.
• Guide technical staff, collaborate with organizational stakeholders, and ensure adherence to technology governance, security standards, and business requirements.

Qualifications and Skills for the IT Manager:

• Previous experience in an IT leadership role with a strong background in technical support, infrastructure administration, and service management.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience preferred, or 10 or more years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proficiency supporting Windows environments, Microsoft 365 applications, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Windows Server platforms, and mobile devices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, mentor team members, support organizational growth initiatives, and work effectively in a fast paced environment.
• Preferred experience with artificial intelligence tools, cloud productivity platforms, networking concepts, telecommunications systems, enterprise business applications, wireless account administration, and industry recognized technical certifications.
