Compensation: $68,000 - $74,000
SUMMARY:
The Manager of Individual Giving will support the identification, cultivation, stewardship, and solicitation of individual donors for Asia Society with a focus on assisting in efforts to retain current donors, attract new prospects, and upgrade current donors’ level of support. The Manager will assist in the management of the Patron and general Membership programs designed to drive growth among individual donors and create long-term positive relationships between donors and Asia Society.
The Manager will be a key player in a dynamic Development department charged with ensuring the ongoing success of donor engagement to power Asia Society’s New York headquarters’ mission and programs. This position will report to the Executive Director of Individual Giving and will work closely with other Development team members.

Salary Range: $68,000 - $74,000
Compensation within this range is determined by skills, experience, and organizational equity.

After 1 year of service (1,000 hours), the Asia Society contributes 6% of gross earnings to an eligible employee’s 403(b) account, regardless of whether the employee makes their own contributions.
