• Significant portion of 2.5% commission paid by Seller to SVCS (Buyer's Agent) utilizing SVCS’s California real estate license

Candidate Responsibilities

• No fixed hours
• May need to travel with President for fundraising opportunities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy focused on acquiring a new property
• Identify and cultivate major donors, sponsors, and grant opportunities related to real estate and infrastructure projects
• Plan and coordinate capital campaigns, fundraising events, and outreach programs
• Create compelling proposals, presentations, and reports to support fundraising efforts
