TopBuild Support Services Inc. is seeking candidates for a management training position. You will receive comprehensive training across various departments, including production and sales operations, tailored to the insulation sector.

This role requires operations management experience preferably in building materials or construction-related industries. Candidates must be willing to travel for training and relocate as necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license if operating company vehicle.
• Physical requirements: standing, walking on uneven ground, bending, lifting under 25 lbs.

In this position, you will gain the knowledge and experience required for promotion to a management position under the direction of experienced professionals. Comprehensive training will include duties in several departments such as Production, Sales Operations, and more, as it pertains to our insulation business.

Location: Winter Park, Fla. Requires operations management experience, preferably in building materials or construction-related industries. Must be willing to travel as needed for training and relocate for a permanent assignment as required.

Travel <20% of the time.
