Let's Play Soccer in Portage, MI, is seeking a Manager in Training to begin a leadership journey with a direct path to General Manager. You will recruit, train, and coach the team while helping to grow revenue and partnerships in a dynamic indoor soccer environment.

Starting salary ranges from $45,000 to $54,000 with rapid advancement to a GM role at $70,000–$80,000+. Benefits are fully paid by the company, including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match, plus unlimited vacation.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience (sports, retail, hospitality, or operations).
• Sales or customer service experience.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends and 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Learn to lead the team: recruit, train, schedule, and coach with guidance from your GM.
• Support revenue growth: assist with league registration, memberships, and local partnerships.
• Run daily operations: help manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, safety, and maintenance.
• Deliver great experiences: greet players, resolve issues, and help every guest feel valued.
• Own your growth: track progress and prepare for promotion to General Manager.
