Job summary

Let's Play Soccer in Ogden, Utah, is seeking a Manager in Training to develop into a General Manager. You’ll recruit and coach the team, drive revenue through leagues and partnerships, and oversee daily operations while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Starting salary $45,000–$54,000 with a clear path to $70,000–$80,000+; 100% company-paid benefits including medical, mental health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and unlimited vacation. Evening and weekend hours required.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience (sports, retail, hospitality, or operations).
• Sales or customer service experience.
• 18+ years old and willing to work evenings/weekends.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn to lead the team: recruit, train, schedule, and coach with guidance from your GM.
• Support revenue growth: assist with league registration, memberships, and local partnerships.
• Run daily operations: help manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, safety, and maintenance.
• Deliver great experiences: greet players, resolve issues, and help every guest feel valued.
• Own your growth: track your progress and prepare for promotion to General Manager.
