Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to join our Texas operations. This program will introduce recent grads to our management processes and prepare them to advance into a Business Office Manager or Executive Director role as they gain experience with daily community operations.

The MIT will work closely with the leadership team, supporting accounting, HR, and facilities tasks while learning regional systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership or administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily community operations and assist with Executive Director responsibilities.
• Assist with regional accounting and operational systems.
• Assist with budgeting, expenses monitoring, and monthly variance discussions.
• Prepare lease documents and respond to resident billing inquiries.
• Coordinate with department supervisors and staffing; ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Provide HR support and participate in training sessions.
