Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group in Flower Mound, TX is looking for a Manager in Training (MIT) to learn our management processes and support daily community operations. You will work with the leadership team and assist with the Executive Director and Business Office Manager duties, while gaining exposure to regional accounting and operations systems.

Upon successful completion, you will be prepared to transition into a Business Office Manager or Executive Director role, contributing to resident

Qualifications

• Education: a bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Relevant leadership or administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily community operations alongside the leadership team.
• Assist with preparation of the annual operating budget and monitor expenses.
• Help enforce policies and procedures reflecting organizational goals.
• Provide back-up support for sales by answering inquiries and tours.
• Perform resident billing tasks and assist with accounting responsibilities.
• Collaborate with department supervisors to review operations and address concerns.
• Assist with HR functions such as pre-screening and new hire documentation.
• Prepare lease documents and respond to resident billing inquiries.
