Qualifications

• Previous leadership or management experience in food service or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Open availability and ability to manage shifts using scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Operational mastery: memorize the menu and makeline; manage bread baking.
• Team management & training: supervise shift labor and enforce policies.
• Compliance & quality control: perform temperature checks and follow procedures.
• Customer experience: create a welcoming atmosphere and resolve guest concerns.
• Leadership duties: oversee cash handling, opening/closing checklists, inventory, and truck orders.
• Lead by example: set high standards for pace, precision, and professionalism.
