Job summary

A leading indoor soccer company in Cincinnati seeks a motivated Manager in Training to support team leadership and daily operations, with a clear path to General Manager. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership or supervisory experience, sales/customer service background, and a passion for development. The role includes coaching, revenue growth assistance, and scheduling management, with hands-on training and 100% company-paid benefits. Nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and willing to work evenings/weekends.
• Experience in sports, retail, hospitality, or operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn to lead the team: recruit, train, schedule, and coach.
• Support revenue growth: assist with league registration and memberships.
• Help manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, safety, and maintenance.
• Greet players, resolve issues, and ensure great experiences.
• Track progress and prepare for promotion to General Manager.

Pay & benefits

What you’ll do

Schedule

Nights & weekends required: Mon–Fri 4pm–1am, Sat–Sun 6am–1am (shifts vary)

What you bring
