Let’s Play Soccer in Jenison, MI is seeking a Manager in Training on a clear career path to General Manager. You’ll learn to lead the team—recruit, train, schedule, and coach—with guidance from your GM, while supporting daily operations and guest satisfaction.

Starting salary is $45,000–$54,000 with a visible path to $70,000–$80,000+. The role includes 100% company-paid benefits, leadership development, coaching, and certifications to accelerate your growth and impact in the local soccer

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in sports, retail, hospitality, or operations.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• 18+ years old and willing to work evenings/weekends.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn to lead the team: recruit, train, schedule, and coach with guidance from your GM.
• Support revenue growth: assist with league registration, memberships, and local partnerships.
• Run daily operations: help manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, safety, and maintenance.
• Deliver great experiences: greet players, resolve issues, and help every guest feel valued.
• Own your growth: track your progress and prepare for promotion to General Manager.
