Job summary

The Boyd Group in Tulsa, Oklahoma is hiring Managers in Training to become experts on our WOW processes and every position's responsibilities. You will WOW our customers while learning the CSR, Parts Coordinator, and Estimator roles, and complete RBCs for each shop position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• College or Military background preferred.
• Automotive technical education training preferred.
• Completed courses specializing in repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Take CSR Role Based Certification and perform CSR duties for several weeks.
• Take Parts Coordinator Role Based Certification and perform duties for several weeks.
• Take Estimator Role Based Certification and perform duties for several months.
• Must successfully complete RBC for each position in the shop.
• Complete the GM Onboarding program and demonstrate WOW knowledge.
