Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking individuals for Managers in Training to become experts in CSR, Parts Coordinator, and Estimator roles. You will complete role-based certifications, participate in onboarding, and demonstrate proficiency in the WOW process while delivering customer-focused outcomes.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED; college or military background preferred; automotive technical training is a plus, with courses in repair procedures.

Qualifications

• Automotive technical education training preferred.
• Completed courses specializing in repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform duties for CSR, Parts Coordinator, and Estimator roles across the WOW process.
• Complete Role Based Certification programs for each position in the shop.
• Finish GM Onboarding and RBCs to demonstrate WOW knowledge.
