Job summary

The Boyd Group is recruiting a Manager in Training in Bellevue, WA. You will learn every position in the WOW process and work to consistently execute the WOW plan while providing excellent customer service in collision and glass services.

The program emphasizes hands-on certification for CSR, Parts Coordinator, and Estimator roles, with onboarding to ensure understanding of the WOW Operating Way and company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College or military background preferred.
• Automotive technical education training preferred.
• Completed courses specializing in repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Take CSR Role Based Certification and perform CSR duties for several weeks.
• Take Parts Coordinator Role Based Certification and perform duties for several weeks.
• Take Estimator Role Based Certification and perform duties of Estimator for several months.
• Must complete the RBC for each position in the shop.
• Complete the GM Onboarding program and demonstrate knowledge of the WOW Operating Way.
