Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking a Managers in Training candidate to master WOW processes and support every position in the shop. You will learn CSR, Parts Coordinator, and Estimator roles while ensuring high-quality customer interactions and process excellence.

Successful candidates will complete onboarding and demonstrate proficiency in the WOW Operating Way, with opportunities for advancement in collision and glass services. Competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College or military background preferred.
• Automotive technical education training preferred.
• Completed courses specializing in repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Take the CSR role-based certification and perform CSR duties for several weeks.
• Take Parts Coordinator role-based certification and perform Parts Coordinator duties for several weeks.
• Take Estimator role-based certification and perform Estimator duties for several months.
• Must complete the RBC (role based competencies) for each position in the shop.
• Complete the GM Onboarding program and demonstrate knowledge of the WOW Operating Way.

Education
