Qualifications

• Lead all aspects of daily operations, including memberships and retail sales, while managing team performance and policy compliance.
• Set ambitious goals, analyze business performance, and prioritize tasks to drive growth and efficiency.
• Create an empowered team environment through ongoing training, clear expectations, and regular feedback.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers and team members, resolving challenges professionally in a timely manner.
