Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Automotive experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage a profit & loss center.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Oversee store financial health via sales, inventory, and cash controls.
• Lead recruiting, interviews, and retention strategies to build a winning team.
• Create teammate schedules ensuring coverage and business needs.
• Model exceptional guest service and resolve guest issues.
• Maintain building, equipment, and grounds to ensure safe operations.
