106 Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking a Manager in Training at our Lincoln, NE location. This role leads coaching, training, and scheduling for store teammates while overseeing attendance, safety, and uniform standards to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service.

As a Manager in Training, you will drive sales, manage inventory and cash controls, and participate in store safety and policy discussions, with clear opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience ( automotive experience a plus).
• Experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center.
• Ability to motivate and inspire Teammates.
• Effective communication with guests and all levels of the organization.
• Willingness to comply with regulatory and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store financials through sales, inventory controls, cash controls, and marketing.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules to ensure proper coverage and business needs.
• Set the example for exceptional guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
