Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the store and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience while promoting products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to remedy situations.
• Meet sales goals while complying with company and local policies.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards, including OSHA requirements.
• Perform basic housekeeping to maintain brand standards.
