• Coach and develop frontline staff to improve performance and adhere to Crunch standards.
• Support marketing initiatives and participate in community outreach to grow brand awareness.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and high energy while being accountable for results.
• Be responsible for Sunday production and ensure smooth club operations.
