Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales by engaging with prospective and current members, presenting options, and closing sales to meet monthly goals.
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting members, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
• Learn and support all aspects of daily club operations, including staff scheduling and facility cleanliness.
• Assist in coaching front-line staff to ensure performance and adherence to Crunch standards.
• Contribute to club success by supporting marketing initiatives and community outreach.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and high energy while being accountable for results.
• Be responsible for Sunday production and ensure club operations run smoothly.
