The role emphasizes a strong sales mindset, customer service excellence, and the ability to motivate both staff and members. Sunday production duties are part of the schedule to support busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive member sales by actively engaging with prospective and current members.
• Deliver high-energy club experiences and greet members professionally.
• Support daily club operations including staff scheduling and cleanliness.
• Coach and develop front-line staff to improve performance and adherence to standards.
• Assist in marketing initiatives and community outreach to grow brand awareness.
• Maintain high energy, integrity, and accountability for results.
• Manage Sunday production to support peak club times.
