You will develop leadership skills, support daily operations, and prepare for advancement into a leadership role within a rapidly growing Florida gym network.

As a Manager in Training you will lead by example, mentor frontline staff, coordinate scheduling, and contribute to community outreach to grow brand

Qualifications

• Experience in sales within a fitness or consumer service setting is a plus.
• Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to engage members.
• Ability to coach and develop frontline staff and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales by engaging with prospective and current members, presenting options, and closing sales to meet goals.
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting members and handling inquiries.
• Learn and support all aspects of daily club operations, including staff scheduling and cleanliness.
• Assist in developing front-line staff to improve performance and adherence to Crunch standards.
• Support marketing initiatives and community outreach to grow brand awareness.
• Maintain professionalism and energy while tracking individual and team results.
• Be responsible for Sunday production and ensure smooth club operations.
