- Drive membership sales by engaging prospects and current members and meeting monthly targets.
- Deliver exceptional member service and create a positive club atmosphere.
- Learn daily club operations, including staff scheduling and experience delivery.
- Coach front-line staff to improve performance and Crunch standards.
- Support marketing initiatives and community outreach for brand growth.
- Maintain professionalism and energy; be accountable for results.
- Manage Sunday production and ensure smooth club operations.
