Qualifications
- Experience driving member sales and upselling opportunities.
- Strong customer-service orientation with a welcoming approach.
- Ability to motivate and coach frontline staff to meet targets.
Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales by engaging with prospective and current members and closing deals.
- Deliver a high-energy club experience and greet members to ensure a positive visit.
- Support daily club operations including staff scheduling and facility upkeep.
- Assist in coaching front-line staff to meet Crunch standards.
- Support marketing initiatives and community outreach to grow brand awareness.
- Maintain professionalism, integrity, and high energy while accountable for results.
- Be responsible for Sunday production and smooth club operations.
