Job summary

Dunkin’ & Baskin Robbins franchise in Edmond, Oklahoma is seeking a Manager in Training to oversee daily operations and contribute to local store marketing, sales, and profits. This role develops leadership and operations skills in a fast-paced environment.

You will support the Restaurant Management Team and staff through performance coaching, engagement, and training initiatives, with a strong emphasis on guest service excellence and franchisee-driven standards.

Qualifications

• At least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• ServSafe certified or able to get certified.
• You are 18 years of age (or higher).
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
