Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is looking for a Shift Manager in Ohio to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and support the management team in coaching staff. You will help ensure tasks are performed efficiently and guest service remains top-notch.

Preferred candidates have prior management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality, and are 18 years or older. Dunkin' offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement.

• Strong guest service focus and ability to coach a team.
