Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts in Ohio is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and support the management team in coaching and guiding team members.

You will help ensure smooth service, maintain quality standards, and contribute to a positive guest experience while promoting the brand and company values.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
