Job summary

Budget Rent A Car of Utah is seeking motivated individuals for a Manager in Training program designed to develop future leaders through hands-on experience in rental car operations, customer service, sales, fleet management, and team leadership.

Participants gain exposure to daily branch work, drive performance, and advance into a Branch Manager role within a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Customer service, sales, or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership potential.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed.
• Self-motivated with a desire to advance into management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or operations (car rental experience a plus)
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings

Salary Description

$44,000 + incentives
