Budget Utah is offering a Manager in Training program in Salt Lake City designed to prepare you for leadership in rental operations. You'll gain hands-on experience in sales, customer relations, vehicle operations, and team leadership as you rotate through key branches.

Through paid training and mentorship, you’ll develop the skills to manage branch performance, meet sales targets, and advance into a management role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, retail, hospitality, or operations in a customer-facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving ability.
• Interest in developing into a leadership position.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, evenings.

What You’ll Do

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, operations, or a related customer-facing environment; rental car experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Demonstrated initiative, sound judgement, and problem-solving ability.

• Comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities can change throughout the day.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving history.
