Job summary

Budget Utah is seeking motivated individuals for a Manager in Training program designed to develop future leaders through hands-on experience in rental car operations, customer service, sales, fleet management, and team leadership.

Join us to learn daily branch operations, achieve sales goals, mentor staff, and progress toward a Branch Manager role in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or operations is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership potential.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Self-motivated with a desire to advance into management.

• 2+ years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or operations (car rental experience a plus)
