Position Overview

This management position is tasked with performing the daily operational practices of running the car wash facility and providing excellent customer service. The role is responsible for implementing workflow procedures based on directions from the General Manager and supervising employees during day‑to‑day tasks. The employee will provide customer support in escalated situations and manage the overall workflow of the workplace.
