Job summary

TIP TOP CAR WASH in New Castle, IN seeks a full-time team member to manage daily car wash operations and deliver excellent customer service.

You will supervise staff, coordinate workflow, handle customer concerns, and support the Site Manager with daily tasks and efficiency improvements. Prior hospitality or retail experience is helpful; willingness to work evenings and weekends is required.

Position Overview

This position is tasked with performing the daily operational practices of running the car wash facility and providing excellent customer service. This position is responsible for implementing workflow procedures based on direction from the Site Manager. Additional Tasks

• Greet customers courteously and explain available wash services to them; take and process wash payments to the satisfaction of customers and car wash
• Perform cleaning of facility and ensure everything is kept in the appropriate place and organized (water hoses, nozzles, brushes, soap buckets, broom, hand tools, pressure washer, and grease gun)
• Provide assistance to customers in any area concerning car wash process
• Move or direct cars into the express wash tunnel with a pleasant, focused, and competent attitude
• Points to directional sign; neutral, no-brake, no steering while watching the customer to ensure directions are followed.
• Smiles at customer and does thumbs up after guest is in neutral with no brakes
• Carry out visual inspection of vehicles to confirm their condition before sending them into the wash area
• Ensure company policies and safety procedures are adhered to in carrying out given tasks daily
• Ensure vacuums are unclogged, trash cans emptied, and hoses properly hung
• With a sense of urgency, ensure the right thing is done at the right time with customers, home office, and fellow teammates.
