Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Manager II, Quality Engineer for the Supply Chain to lead quality-focused process improvement across Distribution Centers using Walmart Performance System methods. You will drive KPI improvements, reduce variation, and support deployment of new processes, tools, and standards.

This role blends leadership, implementation, and change management for measurable results. The role requires travel up to 50% and experience in operations, supply chain, or manufacturing with Lean Six

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; 3+ years in Quality or Process Improvement.
• 5+ years in Engineering or Process Improvement with Lean Six Sigma acceptable.
• Proven ownership of projects delivering long-term savings.

Responsibilities

• Lead WPS tools (5S, RCA, Six Sigma, time/motion) to eliminate quality losses and improve performance.
• Drive deployment of process improvements across Distribution Centers with sustained adoption.
• Develop KPI metrics, dashboards, and gap analyses to guide prioritization and measure impact.
• Create standard work, training materials, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering to overcome barriers.
