Help raise the bar on quality and process reliability as a Quality Engineer within Walmart Supply Chain. In this role, you’ll lead loss‑elimination work using Walmart Performance System (WPS) methods—turning data, observations, and root cause insights into standard work and sustained improvements. You’ll partner with DC leaders to reduce variation, strengthen One Best Way execution, and deliver measurable KPI gains. About Supply Chain Supply Chain is the engine that moves product through our Distribution Centers to serve stores and customers with speed and accuracy. Our teams run complex, high-volume operations where quality and consistency directly impact service and cost. This Quality Engineer role drives WPS‑based quality excellence by identifying losses, improving standard work, and enabling leaders and associates to sustain better performance.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or prior experience in Quality or Process Improvement OR 2 years' of relevant work experience.
Microsoft Office Suite, analytical skills.
Co-Op/Internship in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Distribution with experience applying basic Lean/Continuous Improvement Tools, Possess applied knowledge of a functioning Quality Management System elements including Statistical Process Control, FMEA, Quality KPIs, etc.
