  • Work closely with school principals and district leadership to align recruitment efforts with staffing needs.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment data to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Description

The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for teacher recruitment, with a focus on "grow your own", student, clinical, resident, and adjunct teacher pipelines.
