Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
• 5+ years' HR experience, preferably in a law firm.
• SHRM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of laws, practices and systems related to HR.
• Knowledge and experience with employee benefits administration.
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.
• Attention to detail and good judgement.
• Ability to balance a wide variety of responsibilities.

They will maintain and enhance the Firm's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
