Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources OR Learning and Development client consulting OR a combination.
• At least 2 years of People Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Act with autonomy, owning and executing enterprise-wide development programs for our high-potential associates.
• Lead all aspects of the program lifecycle from strategy and design to execution and evaluation, including serving as a trusted advisor on development trends.
• Partner with business leaders and HR to build effective development strategies and promote internal mobility and opportunities.
• Integrate primary research, internal talent data, and marketplace intelligence into analyses that drive business decisions.
