Job description

We're hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to lead performance and lifecycle marketing for our D2C business. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands digital acquisition, thrives on data, and knows how to turn campaigns into conversions.

Youll be responsible for driving performance across Google, Meta, and other paid channels, and building effective lead nurturing journeys across email, WhatsApp, and SMS. The role offers the autonomy to experiment, optimize, and scale what works.


What You'll Own

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook + Instagram), and other paid channels
  • Optimize for CAC, CPL, and ROAS through structured experiments and data-backed decisions
  • Work closely with design/content to create high-performing assets and ad creatives
  • Explore and test new channels to unlock growth

Lifecycle Marketing

  • Build and deploy automated lead nurturing journeys using email, WhatsApp, push, and SMS
  • Segment audiences and personalize messaging to improve conversion through the funnel
  • Collaborate with sales, tech, and ops to ensure seamless lead handoff and consistent user journeys

Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor daily performance dashboards and uncover insights that move the needle
  • Identify drop-offs, gaps, and friction points across the funneland fix them
  • Share learnings, wins, and next steps with cross-functional teams

What You Bring

  • 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with deep hands-on expertise in performance marketing (Google + Meta)
  • A solid understanding of acquisition funnels, paid media metrics, and attribution models
  • Experience creating and managing marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing
  • Strong analytical skillsyou love numbers and know what to do with them
  • Experience in BFSI is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Comfort working remotely and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative setup
