Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamicGrowth Leaderto spearhead client-facing growth projects, leveraging our AI Growth Brain to deliver transformative results for leading B2C companies. You will act as a strategic partner to clients, driving AI-powered growth audits, implementing custom AI agents, and ensuring scalable, data-driven outcomes. This role combines hands-on execution, client relationship management, and collaboration with our founding team of mathematicians and engineers to shape the future of growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Growth Projects: Own end-to-end delivery of client growth initiatives, including AI-powered growth audits, strategy sprints, and deployment of specialized AI agents (e.g., Churn Reduction, Profit Enhancement, Acquisition Channel Allocation).
  • Client Partnership: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, translating their growth priorities into actionable strategies using our AI Growth Brain. Conduct diagnostic check-ins and present concise scorecards highlighting opportunities in acquisition, retention, monetization, and product.
  • Data Transformation: Work with clients to transform fragmented data silos (from marketing, product, financials) into accurate, impactful inputs for our AI models, ensuring high-quality insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our AI/ML engineers and founding team to refine AI agents and enhance the Growth Brain’s capabilities based on client feedback and project outcomes.
  • Go-to-Market Support: Contribute to our GTM strategy by identifying expansion opportunities within client portfolios, supporting sales through executive champions, and scaling adoption of the AI Growth Brain.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to improve our self-learning, mathematically rigorous system, ensuring it remains the industry standard for growth.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 5+ years in growth, marketing, or strategy roles, with a proven track record of driving measurable outcomes in e-commerce, retail, or fintech.
  • Experience working with startups and scaleups, ideally in a consulting, SaaS, or agency environment.
  • Familiarity with growth metrics and tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Tableau, or Snowflake.
  • Background in growth strategies, performance marketing, or unit economics.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional client-facing skills, with experience presenting to executives and building trusted partnerships.
  • Comfort with AI/ML concepts and a desire to work at the intersection of technology and business.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment, managing multiple projects with minimal oversight.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees (MBA, MS) or technical backgrounds are a plus.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with AI-driven solutions or conversational AI platforms.
  • Prior work with unicorn startups or high-growth companies.
