The primary responsibility of the position is oversight of below-the-wing training programs and the learning management system for ground handling employees. This position oversees a team of Curriculum Developers, Learning Management System (LMS) analysts and Ground Operations Analysts. The successful candidate will at least two years of airline ramp experience, proficiency with learning management systems, and excellent time management skills.
