  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.

  • Develop program metrics, status updates, and leadership reports.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective program execution.
  • Identify process improvements and support operational excellence initiatives.
  • Provide operational support for additional Medical Affairs projects as needed.

This role will help ensure programs are executed efficiently while supporting cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate operational activities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications for research and Medical Affairs programs.
  • Manage contracts, budgets, invoices, payments, and program documentation.

  • Experience working in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or other regulated environments.
