Qualifications

• Experience managing cross-functional projects, budgets, contracts, and operational activities.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational activities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications for research and Medical Affairs programs.
• Manage contracts, budgets, invoices, payments, and program documentation.
• Support program startup, resource coordination, and ongoing study execution.
• Track program milestones, enrollment metrics, publications, and operational progress.
• Maintain project tracking systems, databases, and reporting tools.
• Develop program metrics, status updates, and leadership reports.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective program execution.
• Identify process improvements and support operational excellence initiatives.
• Provide operational support for additional Medical Affairs projects as needed.
