Job summary

Cherry Bekaert Recruiting & Staffing Services partners with a top software company in Northern VA to fill a Manager of FP&A - Sales Operations. This role sits at the intersection of FP&A and Sales/Revenue Ops, delivering analytics on GTM, revenue, and presentations for senior leadership.

You will partner with Sales Operations to model quotas, commission plans in Xactly Incent, and integrate forecast data into the company model.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in enterprise software.
Experience partnering with Sales Ops on performance management and quotas.
Strong Excel modeling and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary FP&A partner to Sales Operations on commission planning and forecasting.
Model annual quota setting and plan development, analyzing history and market potential.
Implement sales commissions in Xactly Incent and manage monthly payments.
Integrate commission forecast data into the consolidated financial model.
Develop scalable processes to improve visibility into forecasts and performance.
Prepare presentations for senior Finance leadership and executives.
Participate in special projects as required.
