Jump into the role The Manager is responsible for assisting the Regional Food & Beverage Manager with the current operations in accordance with established standards and procedures. Increase sales by ensuring memorable guest experiences that create a sense of value and great customer service. Optimizes profits by assisting in controlling cost of goods and labor. Supervises operations and ensures that all standards for quality and service are met.

• Minimum of 2 years of successful experience with FOH sales and cost responsibility in comparable operation
• Demonstrate competence in teambuilding, quality operations, problem solving, and administration
• Ability to use Micros point-of-sale and reservation software and equipment along with Microsoft Office software
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining daily standards

License Requirements

• DBR-RI
• ServSafe Alcohol awareness server training

Target Salary Range: ($55,000)

Physical/Mental Requirements

• Work a minimum of 40+ hours per week
• Ability to lift and carry 50lbs
• Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment
• Able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, bright lights

Working Conditions

• Mostly indoors and generally climate-controlled environment
• May be exposed to noise, smoke, and odors
• Working with others as well as independently
