Job summary

Bally's Tiverton Casino Hotel in Tiverton, RI seeks a Manager to support the Regional Food & Beverage Manager and oversee daily FOH operations with a focus on guest experiences that create value and memorable service.

This role helps increase sales, optimize profits through cost control, and ensures compliance with government regulations and Bally's standards while leading a team to deliver consistent quality and service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of FOH sales and cost responsibility in comparable operation.
• Competence in teambuilding, quality operations, problem solving, and administration.
• Ability to use Micros point-of-sale and reservation software and equipment along with Microsoft Office software

Responsibilities

• Ensures daily compliance with all government and regulatory requirements as well as all Tiverton Casino Hotel policies and procedures
• Responsible for all aspects of daily FOH operations
• Presents a positive image of the restaurant at all times. Interacts with vendors and the public so as to increase the appreciation of the restaurant and the brand in the marketplace
