The Ladders is seeking a Manager, Financial Systems to lead the financial systems function, improving finance operations, controls, and automation across the business. You will partner with finance leadership, analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable system solutions.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled workflow design and ERP optimization for better data integrity and reporting quality. Location: Remote (US-based candidates only).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of financial systems and ERP administration experience, especially NetSuite in a multi-subsidiary environment.
• Deep NetSuite knowledge: SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics.
• Experience integrating NetSuite with Salesforce and Workday.
• Knowledge of SOX controls, change management, and SoD.
• Experience with AI/LLM in finance contexts and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial systems delivery from requirements gathering through production support, using JIRA for tracking.
• Map business processes and gather requirements from finance functions to inform system solutions.
• Serve as the finance systems partner to address business needs and improve processes.
• Define and oversee the technical roadmap for finance automation with business leaders.
• Design AI-enabled workflows for finance operations, ensuring robust review before posting.
• Administer NetSuite OneWorld across multiple subsidiaries and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Build and maintain integrations across ERP, procurement, and reporting platforms to ensure data flows smoothly.
• Manage consultants for system customization and oversee reporting based on business needs.
• Monitor system performance, security, and accessibility in financial systems.

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Financial Systems to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will lead the financial systems function with a focus on improving finance operations, strengthening controls, and enabling scalable automation across the business. You will partner closely with finance leadership, business systems analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable system solutions. The position will also support AI-enabled workflow design and ERP optimization to improve efficiency, data integrity, and reporting quality.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $148,000 – $163,000 annually

• Knowledge of SOX controls, change management, and segregation of duties (SoD)
• Demonstrated experience with AI/LLM in finance or accounting contexts, including promoting adoption
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs
