The role blends hands-on engineering with people leadership in a fast-growing fintech, with remote work for US-based candidates only. Compensation is $110,000–$130,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of application development experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Proficiency in Java, TypeScript, Ruby, or Python, with recent production system experience.
• Experience coaching team members through assessments and reviews.
• Track record guiding teams through technical delivery processes.
• Experience managing integration and data flows across third-party platforms.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools for cloud automation (e.g., Terraform).
• Demonstrated ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Business Enterprise Systems to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will guide the development and support of core business systems that enable cross-functional operations and decision-making. You will partner closely with business leaders to translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions, while helping shape architecture, standards, and delivery practices. The position also combines hands‑on engineering with people leadership, making it well suited for someone who can coach a team, manage priorities, and drive disciplined execution in a fast‑moving fintech environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
