Ladders is seeking a Manager, Financial Products to lead the strategy and operating plans for the Financial Products team within a fast-moving Enterprise Technology environment. The role focuses on scalable onboarding and adoption motions aligned to broader business goals.

You will partner with senior leadership to set priorities, allocate resources, and drive performance management, coaching managers, and building operating discipline to support customer satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial services, fintech, SaaS, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams, including managing managers.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business results through multi-team operating plans.
• Experience in building scalable processes for customer onboarding and product adoption.
• Strong analytical skills to connect metrics with customer outcomes.
• Ability to coach and develop teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Financial Products to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will own the strategy and operating plans for a financial products organization, translating broader business goals into scalable onboarding and adoption motions. You will partner closely with senior leadership to set priorities, define resource needs, and ensure execution supports both customer satisfaction and business growth. The position also calls for building strong manager capability, driving performance management, and creating operating discipline across a fast-moving team.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $170,000 – $213,000 annually
