Job summary

Motive is seeking a senior leader to drive the operating performance and growth of its Financial Products teams. You will balance customer outcomes, team development, and operational efficiency while delivering commercial impact across the portfolio.

As a strong people leader, you will move between strategy and execution, build scalable onboarding/adoption/retention processes, set quarterly priorities, and define dashboards to track success. Join a mission-driven fintech family.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial services, fintech, SaaS, client onboarding, customer success, sales, or operations.
• 3+ years leading teams, including managing managers or leading through other leaders.
• Experience using Salesforce and business reporting tools to manage performance and outcomes.
